We are proposing training periods on ventilation and HVAC equipment noise. Several sessions are proposed :
- Design and dimensioning of innovative ventilation systems (heat recovery, DCV, night ventilation, natural and hybrid ventilation, ground exchanger…)
- Acoustics for HVAC equipment
- Take-over of ventilation installations
- Good practice in ventilation installation
For more information, please use formation@allieair.fr. We can adapt our trainings to your needs.

Decree n°2006-1099 from Aug 31, 2006 has been published to act against noise to neighbourhoods and create some difficulties to achieve the performances required mainly when air conditioning equipment are installed close to dwellings. The requirement is now to have difference of outdoor noise when installation is switched On and Off limited to 3 dB(A) at night, 5 dB(A) at daytime and now the difference is also limited in octave band (7 dB @ 125 & 250 Hz ; 5 dB @ 500, 1000, 2000 & 4000 Hz).

New regulations on acoustics are planned for sport hall and social buildings (residences, school rooms, kindergardens….). They should require sound transmission limits to outdoor and inside, between different rooms/spaces.

An upgrade of the French regulation on neighbourhood noise is foreseen which could lead to evolutions on HVAC equipment noise requirements.
8/1/2007 6:30:00 PM
The French regulation on neighbourhood noise is being renovated. It will soon take into account equipment noise with requirements in octave bands instead of only dB(A) overall levels. Practical difficulties are foreseen for measurements with variable flow, inverters… This modification though is due to real disturbances caused by too high levels in low frequency from HVAC equipments.
